Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through EMIAH. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Returns requested outside of this period may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 3 days of purchase only if the order has not yet shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

To request a cancellation, please contact support@emiah.com. Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by our customer service team.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@emiah.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos showing:

    • The condition of the product

    • The original packaging

  • Your current shipping address

All return requests are reviewed before approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be required to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by the product or shipping damage, EMIAH will cover return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund.

Returns Due to Customer Preference

Unopened Items

  • New, unused, and unopened items in original packaging may be returned

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Opened or Used Items

  • Opened or used items may be accepted at our discretion

  • Items that are not in new condition or have missing components may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%

  • Used items may not be resold and will be handled in an environmentally responsible manner

Bulk Orders

Orders of five (5) units or more are considered bulk purchases.

  • Bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the products are defective

  • We recommend purchasing a single unit before placing a bulk order

Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not available.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item

  2. Place a new order separately

All return conditions and shipping responsibilities apply as stated above.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit

  • EMIAH is not responsible for returns lost or damaged due to improper packaging

  • Orders must be fully paid before a return request can be processed

  • EMIAH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
